Your Role: The Backbone of the Process
As a Mortgage Support & Insurance Specialist, you play a crucial role in delivering a seamless client experience. You ensure that mortgage files move efficiently from application to completion and that clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and monitoring mortgage applications from start to finish
- Acting as liaison between mortgage advisor, bank, notary and client
- Arranging bank guarantees, life insurances and bank account applications
- Advising clients on damage (non-life) insurance products
- Optimally managing and updating client files in our CRM system
You are the person who keeps everything structured, compliant and on track.
Who You Are
You are organized, proactive and take pride in doing things right the first time. You enjoy working in an international environment and understand that clear communication makes all the difference.
You bring:
- WFT Base certification (WFT Basis)
- Motivation to obtain your WFT Damage Insurance certificate (if not already completed)
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services (MBO+ or bachelor level)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
- A strong sense of responsibility and eye for detail
You enjoy being part of a team but can also work independently and manage your own workflow.

- A salary between € 3.000 and €3.750 (based on experience)
- A 36 hour work contract for work private balance
